    After working weekends for over 20 years, I don’t offer Saturday or Sundays anymore. For those who work a 9-5, I will absolutely offer an evening appointment!

  • 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. Should you forget your appointment or not give 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged a missed office visit fee of $40.

    If you do not show up day of appointment, I require service payment in full.

    I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In that case, please call me as soon as possible so I may consider how to reschedule or accommodate your particular situation.
