After working weekends for over 20 years, I don’t offer Saturday or Sundays anymore. For those who work a 9-5, I will absolutely offer an evening appointment!

5 minutes is perfect to give us a chance to talk about your session before it begins. I always leave enough time between clients to talk for a few minutes afterward as well.

I am highly sensitive to fragrance, so please avoid coming to your appointment with perfumes, colognes, or scented lotions on. Natural pure essential oils are ok. To each their own, but a shower is best the day of a massage. Thank you for understanding.

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. Should you forget your appointment or not give 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged a missed office visit fee of $40.

If you no show day of, I require service payment in full.

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In that case, please call me as soon as possible so I may consider how to reschedule or accommodate your particular situation.

I require full payment day of if you miss your appointment as I give courtesy confirmation reminders 1-2 days before.

Yes, but as I’m typically on a waitlist, I only give you the booking link once I have a spot available. Please text, call, or email me with how you found me, what type of massage you are looking for, and your date and time preference to book.

For those wanting to buy multiple massages up front, I do offer package discounts for 3, 5, and 10 massages at 10% off, or 15% off if paid in cash. +Do you prefer no talking during your session?

If you prefer no talking, I love the silence as it helps me focus on your needs and helps you stay present in your body.

+Do you like deep tissue?

I always start with lighter pressure to warm your tissue and then go in deeper as to help with soreness and tension. My pressure is completely up to you- please let me know if you ever need more or less in the moment. My deep tissue massages tend to be incredibly relaxing.

+Why is your price what it is?

I’ve been practicing massage for 19 years and have a lot of experience and am constantly learning new modalities yearly.

Unlike most places, I do not have add on charges for deep tissue, CBD, hydrotherapy, and aromatherapy. These are included into the price.
