What is your cancellation policy?

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. Should you forget your appointment or not give 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged a missed office visit fee of $40.

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In that case, please call me as soon as possible so I may consider how to reschedule or accommodate your particular situation.

What is your no-show policy?

I require full payment day of if you miss your appointment as I give courtesy confirmation reminders 1-2 days before.

Is there an online option to book with you?

Yes. Please text, call, or email me with how you found me, what type of massage you are looking for, and your date and time preference to book. I will then send you a link to book.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! I have e-gift cards available online for purchase on my “Rates” page.

Do you offer packages?

For those wanting to buy multiple massages up front, I do offer package discounts for 3-15 massages at 10% or 15% off. These options are smart for those interested in building a strong routine in getting massages every 2-4 weeks for a specific period of time. Please reach out for more information.

Yes! You receive an automated reminder 24 hours before your appointment.

After working weekends for over 20 years, I don’t offer Saturday or Sundays anymore. For those who work a 9-5, I will absolutely offer an evening appointment!
